We have reviewed some Gel nail polish here before, however it has been a long time since we talked anything nails! The reason for that is because I have been addicted to having my nails done by a nail tech. I honestly didn't think it would make such a difference!
However there are times when I still do my nails at home & when I do I always use Gel style nail polishes.
As my last review stated I love the Barry M Gelly Hi-Shine nail paints, but they can go a little tacky pretty quickly. So I have been trying these Colour Stay Gel Envy polishes by Revlon.
Firstly, I'd say the brush on these Revlon ones are much better & make for really easy use. However I think the shine & opacity of the different polishes in pretty similar, the Barry M being slightly more gel like. The wear time of both is again very similar, so approximately a week (if you're careful).
I think these are the best at home gel ranges, however the polishes really aren't the star of the show here!..
The polishes are great yes, but my favourite item from this whole collection is the Diamond Top Coat!
The top coat for this collection has become an absolute staple of my nail routine. Even when I have them done professionally, if I catch my nail or anything I apply a little on top & it helps them last that bit longer! It's an awesome top coat, which will make any nail polish appear more like gel. I also find that it helps my manicure last up to two weeks, so double the wear time!
So an overall would recommend, especially the top coat!

I've been wanting to try some different haircare for a while now & I luckily got these with a Superdrug order. Win!
These are the Toni & Guy Cleanse & Nourish Shampoo & Conditioner.
I usually stick to 'colour protection' ranges with haircare, however I'd love to find something new!
I have used Toni & Guy shampoos & conditioners before and loved them so that's already a good place to start.
So firstly the shampoo smells quite nice, but a little like an aftershave & the conditioner smells a little like baby powder. Which I'm not a big fan of, however once out of the shower the two smells are pretty nice together.
The shampoo is one that you have to work a little bit to get it to lather & move around the hair. I also feel like it cleanses the hair quite a lot. In the sense of it leaves your hair feeling a little stripped after you've washed out the shampoo. I think it also helped remove a bit of my colour build up.
You then use the nourishing conditioner to add any lost moisture into the hair. The conditioner is a little easier to work through your hair & is super nourishing. I really understand the relationship between the two products, they work great together!
After using both of these my hair feels really soft, with a little less colour build up. I also noticed that it's not as frizzy too, which I love as I do struggle with frizz at the roots!
Another great thing is that it doesn't make my hair greasy either, some shampoo's make my hair greasy after only a day. This one however I managed to go three days before washing again.
Overall I'm loving these products!

I hauled this product back in December & have had quite a few questions about it.
So to me that calls for a review video!
This is the Make Up Revolution Awesome Eyeshadow Collection.
So this is an eye shadow palette combining neutral and colourful eye shadows.
There are 100 eye shadows in the palette & the palette costs only £12!
The colour variety in this palette is great. They also vary in finish which is good.
Although this does result in a differ in pigmentation. The matte shadows aren't as pigmented as the others. I think this is generally the case with more cheap eye shadows though.
Below are some swatches of a few shades out of the palette. You can see the differ in pigmentation here. I would also like to note these swatches aren't from just one swipe, more like three/ four.

Seeing as I had such a good response to my previous wish list post, I thought I'd do another one.
This one is a make up wish list.
Seeing as it's spring now I think it's time to change up your make up routine.
I'm very into neutral eye shadows, but I really want to get more into using colours.
Not necessarily crazy eye looks, more using colours in the crease or underneath the eyes.
A company that specialise in crazy colourful make up are
Flashmob.
This is the eye shadow palette I'm interested in.
(Photo from Amazon)
I just love how this palette is the colours of the rainbow!
You can go from some really bright crazy looks to some more muted purple or maroon eye looks.
They've also added a white/cream colour you can use as a brow highlight.
This has the potential to be a very cool & fun palette for spring/ summer!
It also only costs £6.70 on Amazon!
Let me know what's on your spring make up wish list below in the comments.
